2.2 If you order a physical item but select the "Digital Free Shipping" option ($0 shipping), we will not ship your order. Refunds for such orders are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Costs
